A Mid-Century Egg Chair, Royal by P.I. Langlo, Norway, 1950s

This is a beautiful mid-century Egg Chair designed by P.I. Langlo of Norway in the 1950s. This chair has been newly reupholstered in a luxurious longhair mohair fabric in a rich silky brown color, designed by Raff Simmons and supplied by Kvadrat. The mohair adds a soft and inviting texture to the overall design, and the silky brown color will complement any interior design. The chair’s legs are made of oak, adding a touch of warmth to the overall design. With a depth of 78cm, width of 78cm and height of 74cm, these chairs are both comfortable and stylish, making them perfect for any living room or office space.

Upholstery fabric Argo from Kvadrat is designed by Raf Simons and woven from the long silky hairs of the Angora goat, which give an exceptionally soft and lustrous deep pile. As well as bringing an irresistible tactile element to a decorative scheme, the long, glossy mohair fibers catch the light, emphasizing Argo’s richly textured curls.
